As respect for our staff and clients, we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
For your convenience you can reschedule or cancel your appointment via Vagaro. Appointment cancellations made on a Saturday or Sunday are required to be completed via Vagaro. We no longer accept cancellations via email, voice message or text messages after business hours; Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 6 :30 p.m. CST. Cancellations sent via text, email or voicemail on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday morning at 8 a.m. and will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
All cancellation fees will remain on your account as a credit to be used for your next service appointment. Cancellation, no-show and reschedule fees are not refunded. (edited) 


We use a variety of equipment and chemicals at Eau Claire Body Care. For their safety, children are not allowed in the spa under any circumstances. If you show up to an appointment with a child, you will be asked to leave, and your appointment will be canceled.
Children over the age of 14 may receive some of our services in the presence of a parent or a guardian.


Eau Claire Body Care does not offer refunds for deposits, products, or services. We always do our best to provide the service to meet your needs and satisfaction. We may offer in-store credit on a case-to-case basis.


Eau Claire Body Care allows clients to return an unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase for any reason. The client may receive in-store credit or exchange only – no refunds.  


At Eau Claire Body Care, we want you to be satisfied with the results. Depending on your case, we may need to perform multiple sessions to render the results you are looking for. Beautiful results are a process, so expect multiple treatments for most cases.
ECBC guarantees results for 7 days (14 days for Botox and fillers) if you read and follow all our aftercare instructions and treatment recommendations.


Deposits are non-refundable but could be exchanged for another service if necessary.  

Touch Ups and Annuals  

For the best results, we recommend periodic touch-ups on your treatment.
Meanwhile, Botox and fillers need touch-ups 14 days following your initial treatment. We call this the ‘perfecting process’.
We will recommend a touch-up schedule based on your desired results, muscle, and bone structure. If you choose not to get these subsequent treatments, please be advised that we’re not responsible for your results.
