Benefits of IV hydration
Quick rehydration. IV drips deliver hydration straight to your bloodstream for instant hydration. This is an effective defense against the risk of dehydration, especially after binge drinking or on a hot day.
Increased energy levels. Hydration drips formulated with electrolytes and nutrients can restore energy levels. They can be a great regimen after strenuous physical activities.
Faster recovery. Did you just finish a PR-crushing workout? Or are you recovering from a stomach flu? IV therapy drips can help fuel your recovery by providing much-needed fluids and nutrients.
Better skin health. IV drips boost hydration and help reduce skin dryness, giving you a much healthier glow.

How long does IV hydration last?
Factors affecting IV hydration duration
1. IV solution type
Hydration IV drip. Hydration drips take 30 minutes to 1 hour to infuse. Hydration IV is the fastest to administer since it only contains very few ingredients.
NAD IV therapy. Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD) IV therapy takes up to 4 hours to administer. This is also the reason why the cost of NAD IV therapy is higher than other standard drips.
Myer’s Cocktail. A standard Myer’s Cocktail IV drip takes 30 minutes to 1 hour to infuse. This IV drip is a formulation of Vitamins C and B-complex as well as magnesium and calcium, among others. It’s designed to reduce symptoms of fatigue, migraines, and dehydration.
Vitamin IV drips. Most vitamin IV infusions take 30 minutes to 1 hour to administer. However, higher-dosage vitamin drips may take longer to infuse.
Glutathione IV therapy. Low-dose glutathione IV drips only take 15 to 30 minutes. However, higher doses may last 1 to 2 hours. Clients often opt for glutathione IV therapy for its detoxifying and skin-improving benefits.

How long does IV hydration stay in your system?
First 0 to 24 hours. Right after your IV therapy session, you’ll feel immediate relief from dehydration symptoms like headaches, fatigue, and dizziness.
Next 1 to 3 days. You’ll start reaping the full benefits of the vitamins and minerals included in your hydration drip.
Next 3 to 14 days. The hydrating effect of your drip will start to subside, making this the perfect time to boost your water intake. At this point, the positive effects of the drip vitamins, such as Vitamin C, may persist.
14 days and beyond. Most of the immediate benefits of your IV drip start to fade, but the compounding benefits of the nutrients will continue to support your overall health. This is also the best time to consider scheduling another hydration IV session!
IV hydration vs. drinking water
Hydrates faster. Dehydration can set in fast, so you need an equally rapid way to deliver fluids into your body. Hydration drips are delivered straight into your bloodstream – like taking the expressway into your thirsty cells!
Hydration when vomiting. In cases when you can’t keep fluids down, intravenous drips will ensure you’re hydrated without putting additional stress on your digestive system.
Low wastage. Since IV drips bypass the digestive system, you’ll enjoy a 90% to 100% absorption rate. This is a huge difference to the meager 20% to 50% absorption rate of oral hydration solutions.
Important: Hydration drips are NOT a replacement for regular water intake! You should only use hydration IV therapy as a complementary regimen while drinking enough fluids.
