REFUNDS
Our providers are paid via commission for their hard work. Under no circumstances do we provide refunds. We will review each case and offer in-store credit or products of similar value.
CHILDREN
While our team understands that you may have a childcare conflict, it is not permitted to bring your child to your appointment. This is a policy set in place due to do their safety, our insurance, and our Medical Advisor. No exceptions will be made. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment should your child(ren) come with you to Eau Claire Body Care. Thank you for your understanding.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Spa guests under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian prior to any treatment.
Permanent Makeup/Botox & Filler Age Requirement: All clients must be 18 years or older. No verbal or written consent by a guardian is accepted.
THE GIFT OF TREATMENTS
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount. They expire 1 year after purchase. They can be purchased in-store or online.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if it is your first visit. Paperwork is required prior to any new treatment.
LATE ARRIVAL
In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The regular service price will apply. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
CANCELING
Please provide a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. This ensures we can properly schedule our staff. We will charge the card on file 50% of the service fee you were scheduled for if this notice is not provided.
Please provide a 48-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel the following appointments: Permanent Cosmetics. If a 48-hour notice is not provided, the deposit will be forfeited. This ensures we can properly schedule our staff.
A notice for rescheduling appointment must be made or you will be charge.

PRODUCT RETURNS
We ask that you return a product within 30 days from the day of purchase, not used, for any reason. We will exchange the amount you paid for the product for an in-store credit or product exchange only, with no refunds.
GRATUITY
Our providers work hard to help achieve your desired results. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted.
FOOD POLICY
We offer complimentary coffee, tea, sparkling, and water upon arrival. We strive to maintain a clean and professional environment for our clients. We ask that no food or meals be brought to the spa.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
If our service providers feel it is unsafe to perform scheduled service the day of your appointment for any reason we will let you know immediately.
